Senior Lawyer at ELL Partnership Law Firm in Armenia with experience in civil, international commercial, labor, tax and public procurement matters. He is a lecturer at the Chair of Theory and History of State and Law, Faculty of Law, YSU, and holds a Master’s degree (2017) and a Ph.D (2022) from YSU.
