Partner at Cheah Teh Su in Malaysia, called to the Malaysian Bar in 1991 and a highly experienced litigator with expertise in corporate litigation, banking law, insolvency and winding‑up, employment disputes, debt collection, interlocutory relief and arbitration. He has appeared frequently in High Court and Subordinate Court hearings and before the Court of Appeal, Federal Court and Supreme Court, and has served as an Advocacy Course Trainer with the Malaysian Bar since 2012.
