Managing Partner of Cheah Teh Su, co‑founder of the firm in 1989 and its Managing Partner since 2008, with more than 30 years' experience in litigation. He is admitted in Malaysia and Singapore, was called to the Bar of England and Wales (Gray's Inn), specialises in shareholders' disputes, corporate and financial services litigation, enforcement of securities and insolvency, and has been listed in Asia Business Law Journal’s A List as one of Malaysia’s Top 100 Lawyers since 2020.
