Managing Director and Senior Partner at ILCT Ltd. with over five decades of experience in commercial law, specializing in natural resources (minerals, oil & gas, energy) and arbitration; LL.B. (Chulalongkorn University, 1969) and LL.M. (Harvard Law School, 1972, Fulbright Scholar). He serves as an arbitrator and counsel in domestic and international arbitrations and sits on the Committee of the Council of State to Revise Laws on Business Organizations.
