Jeong-Won Lee

نبذة

Patent Attorney at Lee International IP & Law who handles domestic and international patent prosecution as well as patent trials and litigation in chemistry, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and related life sciences. After admission to the Korean Patent Bar, Jeong-Won Lee worked as an incoming patent attorney in the Chemical Divisions of Hanol IP (2017–2018) and Kims & Lees International Patent and Law Offices (2018) and conducts filings for pharmaceutical compositions, microorganisms and compounds, validity and infringement analyses, dispute resolution, and reviews related to the drug-approval patent-linking (Green List) system; member of the Korean Patent Attorney Association.
