Patent Attorney with over 10 years' experience prosecuting patent applications before the Korean Intellectual Property Office and handling patent trials, appeals and infringement analyses in mechanical and related technologies. Has handled appeals before the Intellectual Property Tribunal, the Patent Court and the Korea Supreme Court and conducts prior art searches, invalidation and scope-confirmation trials.
