Hectar Pun SC is a Senior Counsel based in Hong Kong, called to the Bar in 1995 and appointed Senior Counsel in 2015. His practice covers constitutional and administrative law, human rights, immigration, criminal, land, company and commercial law; he regularly appears for applicants in major judicial review proceedings and serves as an adjunct law professor at City University of Hong Kong and the University of Hong Kong.
