Chi Lieu Dang is founder and Chairman of DNA Vietnam LLC, a Vietnam-based lawyer who focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, insurance and project development. He has represented foreign and local investors across sectors including energy, telecoms, oil & gas, mining, construction and food & beverage, and previously was a partner at a leading global law firm and an in-house counsel for a Vietnamese conglomerate.
