Partner at ILAW CAMBODIA LAW OFFICE advising domestic and foreign clients, particularly multinational corporations, on investing in and doing business in Cambodia, including investment licensing, registration, M&A, special economic zones, intellectual property, tax compliance and offshore banking. He is a licensed trademark attorney, has advised on M&A in the gaming, financial and telecommunication sectors, and previously served as advisor to Cambodia’s general consulate in Chongqing, e‑commerce consultant to the Ministry of Commerce and legal manager for garment factories.
