Partner at MB Legal, she heads the firm's M&A, corporate and tax practice and advises international and domestic clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and tax structuring in Armenia. Before joining MB Legal in 2022 she spent a decade as Senior Manager of the Legal Department at Grant Thornton Armenia and has been a licensed advocate of the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia since 2015.
