Yusuke Kobayashi is a Partner at PwC Legal Japan advising on labour, general corporate and M&A, restructuring and reorganisation, and ESG- and sustainability-related legal services. He has been licensed to practice law in Japan since 2008, has extensive experience in employment, M&A, joint ventures and general corporate matters in both cross-border and domestic contexts, and previously worked at Clifford Chance (Tokyo and Singapore) and Mitsui & Co.; he joined PwC Legal Japan in June 2018.
