Yo Tamura is a lawyer at So Sato Law Office (since April 2023) with prior experience at a Tokyo corporate law firm (2006–2023) and a Tokyo real estate developer (2000–2005). Tamura's practice covers real estate, M&A, VC/PE investment, bankruptcy and restructuring, litigation and general corporate matters, and holds an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law and an LL.B. from the University of Tokyo.
