Advises on M&A, financing and securitization, IPOs, labour matters, intellectual property and corporate affairs; has in-house and private-practice experience including roles at Dentsu, Dentsu Aegis Network (Singapore and London), GREE and Orrick. Member of the Daini Tokyo Bar Association and speaks Japanese and English.
