Partner at Subido Pagente Certeza Mendoza & Binay (SPCMB Law Offices) with legal practice since 1984 focusing on corporate law, criminal and civil litigation, intellectual property and franchising. He previously served as Vice President for Legal and Vice President for Corporate Affairs (and later Director) of Jollibee Foods Corporation and is currently on official leave from SPCMB to serve as City Administrator of Makati City.
