Juan Paolo Lorica is a Junior Associate at Subido Pagente Certeza Mendoza & Binay (SPCMB Law Offices) who is currently on official leave to serve as Chief-of-Staff to Representative Luis N. Campos. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines (Diliman) and an MSc in Development and International Business from Queen Mary University of London (Chevening scholar), and has prior experience working in the Philippine House of Representatives and briefly as Alternate Assistant Corporate Secretary for the Local Water Utilities Administration.
