Partner at Shanghai Pacific Legal, Bin Qi is a labour lawyer with over 20 years' experience who heads the firm's labour practice. He previously worked at the Ministry of Labour of the PRC for three years and took part in drafting the China Labour Law, and advises domestic and foreign clients on labour disputes, compliance, M&A due diligence and employment terminations.
