Partner at Global Vietnam Lawyers with over 13 years' experience at the People’s Court of Ho Chi Minh City—including more than 8 years as assistant to the Chief Judge of the Civil Division—who moved to private practice in March 2003 and has since served as a key litigator and partner at leading Vietnamese firms before joining GV Lawyers. He advises clients on dispute resolution and litigation and on employment and labour, maritime & shipping, insurance, contracts, civil, family and criminal matters.
