Partner at Global Vietnam Lawyers (based in Vietnam) specializing in intellectual property—particularly copyright and related rights—alongside media, entertainment and civil litigation. Since September 2019 he has been a partner at GV Lawyers; he was a founding partner of VLT Lawyers, formerly served as an official at the People's Committee of District 3 (Ho Chi Minh City), and has worked as a guest lecturer, author and media commentator on legal issues.
