Registered as a lawyer at the Macau Lawyers Association since 2019, Chong U, Stella Lo joined Vong Hin Fai Lawyers & Private Notary in 2022 and practices civil, criminal, commercial and administrative law. She holds Bachelor degrees in Portuguese Studies (2010) and Law (2014) from the University of Macau and speaks Cantonese, Mandarin and Portuguese.
