Nicholas Lai is a Partner at Jason Teoh & Partners in Malaysia who specialises in civil litigation and trade remedies, including international trade and customs matters. He was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2013, completed his pupillage and practised at Skrine until 2019, and previously served as legal counsel at a large Malaysian telecommunications company providing legal support focused on Network and Technology.
