Jeesun Park is a Senior Foreign Attorney (partner) at LAB PARTNERS, focusing on domestic and cross-border asset-backed securitization, structured finance, general corporate matters, M&A and labor and employment. Prior to joining LAB PARTNERS, she was a foreign attorney/associate at JIPYONG LLC and previously interned at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and the First Judicial District Court for the State of Colorado.
