Consultant at YYC Legal LLP in Hong Kong whose practice focuses on corporate finance and M&A with emphasis on compliance, investigations and contentious regulatory matters, and who has extensive experience acting for debtors and creditors in contentious and non‑contentious restructuring and insolvency matters involving multi‑jurisdictional litigation and arbitration. He previously worked in the Listing Division of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong vetting IPO applications and has held senior in‑house roles (General Counsel, Company Secretary and senior legal positions) at several Hong Kong‑listed companies; he also advised on a matter recognised in LegalOne Deals of the Year (China) 2023 and awarded LegalOne Merits (Exemplary) 2024.
