Partner at Rifdaan Novarazka & Prabowo who advises on commercial litigation and arbitration, including SIAC and UNCITRAL proceedings, investor-state disputes and enforcement and annulment actions in Indonesian courts. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a noted academic on Indonesian arbitration law with expert witness appointments, and has published in national media, Indonesia Law Review and volumes by Cambridge and Oxford University Presses.
