Lawyer with a cross-education background in law and finance who holds Master of Laws degrees from Emory University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor of Finance from Shanghai University. He has participated in handling matters totalling more than 10 billion, has acted as an agent in the Supreme People's Court, provincial High People's Courts, the Shanghai Financial Court and well-known arbitration institutions, and advises listed companies and large state-owned enterprises on compliance, commercial disputes and fund-related matters.
