Fitri Muharam Utama is a Partner at Karna Partnership in Association with Withers in Indonesia advising on general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions, financing, shipping, aviation and entertainment law. She began her legal career in 2011, has more than a decade of experience including a secondment in Singapore for approximately two and a half years, and has handled complex matters such as advising on the acquisition of a specially designed Airbus aircraft with a transaction value exceeding tens of millions of U.S. dollars.
