Ekawat Piriyawarasakul is co-founder and Managing Partner of ES Counsel with prior experience at The Legists Ltd. and Hunton & Williams (Thailand) Ltd. He advises local and international public and private companies—particularly in the automotive, logistics and consumer sectors—on corporate and commercial matters including M&A, project finance, commercial contracts, labour and employment issues, D&O insurance, civil and criminal litigation (including white-collar crime), joint ventures, government contracts, permits and real estate matters.
