Partner at Shin & Kim based in South Korea who advises on TMT, competition compliance, antitrust disputes and privacy/data protection. He has served as advisory counsel and committee member to multiple government bodies including the Ministry of Science and ICT, Korea Communications Commission and the Personal Information Protection Commission, and previously worked at Kim & Chang and in various Korea Communications Commission roles.
