Somchai Yungkarn is a partner at Siam Premier International Law Office Limited and an experienced litigator who advises and represents large foreign and domestic clients in complex disputes across Thai courts, including criminal and civil law, public law, corporate and commercial matters, labour and employment, and bankruptcy/reorganization. He also handles alternative dispute resolution (mediation, conciliation and arbitration) and holds notarial and labour-relations qualifications.
