Partner at Shin & Kim based in South Korea, advising on corporate/M&A, inbound and outbound foreign investment, private equity, corporate governance, competition (cartels) and healthcare & life sciences matters, including disputes. He has been with Shin & Kim since 2005 and previously served as an outside director of Hyundai Department Store, legal counsel to the Korean Hospital Association, and a foreign lawyer at Paul, Weiss; he holds an LL.M. from NYU and an LL.B. from Seoul National University.
