Young-Seok Ki

نبذة

Partner at Shin & Kim based in South Korea, advising on labor and employment matters, labor disputes, corporate governance, M&A (including management disputes and hostile M&A), and industrial accidents & safety. He has served as Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Employment and Labor since 2020, is a member of the KCAB INTERNATIONAL Panel of Arbitrators, and holds an LL.M. from the University of Washington; he speaks Korean and English.
