Partner at Shin & Kim in South Korea, advising on administrative disputes, customs disputes, labor disputes, and corporate investigations/white-collar crime. Educated at Yonsei University (LL.B.) and the University of Southern California School of Law (LL.M.), he previously served at the Judicial Research & Training Institute of the Supreme Court and is a member of the Korean Bar Association.
