Senior Partner at VILAF in Vietnam, Linh Nguyen has been a partner at the firm since 2000 after six years with Sinclair Roche & Temperley and Clifford Chance, and has deep experience in corporate, commercial and dispute resolution matters. He has acted on construction, insurance, lease, representative office, contract, trading and distribution matters, advised on corporate restructurings and infrastructure projects, represented clients in landmark litigation and arbitration, and serves as an arbitrator at VIAC and a mediator at the Vietnam Mediation Centre; he is also widely ranked in market directories.
