Emmy Chow is a Partner in Deacons' Hong Kong Intellectual Property practice focusing on Hong Kong and international trade marks, with over 15 years' experience advising on brand clearance, filing strategy, portfolio management, prosecution and contentious trade mark matters including oppositions and High Court appeals. She is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and in England and Wales (non-practising) and holds an LLB and PCLL from The University of Hong Kong; she has served on the ECTA Law Committee (2021–2023) and is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Trade Marks Practitioners.
