Joseph Kwan is Partner and Head of the Commercial Litigation practice group at Deacons in Hong Kong, leading the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution department. With over 29 years' practice, he represents clients in substantial commercial litigation, SFC-initiated and other regulatory proceedings, bribery and fraud investigations, estate and trust matters, shareholders and cross-border disputes, and advises listed companies, multinational corporations, senior executives and high-net-worth families.
