Ian Liu is a Consultant in Deacons' Intellectual Property practice group in Hong Kong, specialising in patents, IP litigation, IP enforcement and technology-related commercial matters with a focus on China and new technology. He is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong and is a UK Chartered patent attorney and a Chinese patent attorney, and he has a technical background in computer science and electronic engineering; he has been recognised by Managing IP and IAM Patent 1000 for his patent litigation work.
