Lu Li is a Senior Partner at Jincheng Tongda & Neal in China who advises on M&A, restructuring, foreign direct investment, civil and commercial litigation and cross-border dispute resolution for clients including Fortune 500 companies, Sino-foreign joint ventures, large state-owned enterprises, governmental organizations and major private companies. She serves as General Secretary of the International Investment and Trade Specialized Committee of the Sichuan Lawyers Association and as Deputy Director of the Foreign-related Affairs Specialized Committee of the Chengdu Lawyers Association.
