Liya Fan

نبذة

Partner at DeHeng Law Offices and Director of DeHeng's Bankruptcy and Rescue Professional Committee, Liya Fan has practised at DeHeng since 2004 and leads the firm's Corporate Rescue and Bankruptcy work. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from Peking University and a Master of Law from China University of Political Science and Law, is a member of the International Bankruptcy Law Association and a researcher at the Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Restructuring Research Center, and previously held management roles at Hainan International Trust and Investment Company and Hainan Yedao Joint Stock Company.
