Partner at Beijing DeHeng Law Offices and member of the Dispute Resolution Special Committee, Xiao Guo has a long background as an investigator in a central government investigation organization and over ten years of legal practice handling duty-related crimes, economic crimes and major civil and commercial cases. He is also an arbitrator and corporate compliance expert, holds CPA and securities practice qualifications, and has been involved in legislative research on tax law.
