Dr. Satyapon Sachdecha is the Founder & Managing Director of Satyapon & Partners Limited and has practised exclusively in Intellectual Property law for over 30 years, having founded the firm in 1995. He is a registered Patent Agent and Barrister-at-Law in Thailand, has held senior roles in national and international IP organisations, and teaches and lectures widely on IP matters.
