He advises state-owned enterprises, private enterprises, private equity funds, foreign-funded companies and multinationals on domestic and overseas IPOs, material asset restructurings and takeovers of listed companies, private equity investments and routine corporate and commercial matters across finance, TMT, manufacturing and life sciences & healthcare sectors.
