Partner at JunHe based in Beijing, practising with the firm since March 2001 and specializing in corporate/M&A, outbound and foreign direct investment, private equity, and trust and asset management across domestic and cross-border transactions. She is a visiting professor at the Lawyer College of Renmin University of China and the National Lawyers College and holds an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
