Partner at JunHe LLP's Beijing office specializing in cross-border dispute prevention and resolution, assisting clients through negotiation, ADR, litigation and arbitration and advising clients across Asia, Europe, the United States and Africa. He acts as counsel and advocate in arbitrations under major institutional rules (ICC, CIETAC, SIAC, LCIA, HKIAC, DIS, DIAC, Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL, BANI and SCIA) and is experienced in DB/DAB/DAAB proceedings for EPC contracts and complex international construction and cross-border commercial disputes.
