Zunling (Jennifer) Huang joined JunHe in 2012 and specializes in patent due diligence and Freedom-to-Operate (FTO) analysis, patent drafting and prosecution, patent search and patentability analysis for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and chemical technologies. She has led due diligence for IPOs in Hong Kong and mainland China and for investment and financing matters involving antibodies, nucleic acids, small compounds, antibody-drug conjugates, short peptides, fusion proteins, cell therapy and vaccines, and is a licensed PRC attorney and registered patent agent.
