Partner in JunHe’s Beijing office who specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, cross-border M&A, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters. She has extensive experience representing PE funds and corporate clients in complex inbound and outbound transactions and rejoined JunHe in August 2018 after earlier roles at Davis Polk & Wardwell and Fangda Partners.
