Partner at JunHe based in Shanghai who advises global and regional private equity funds, major domestic enterprises and multinational companies on private equity investments, strategic investments, M&A, joint ventures and FDI, as well as day-to-day operational and compliance matters across healthcare, TMT, energy, real estate and industry & manufacturing. He joined JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2014, undertook a four-month secondment to Johnson & Johnson Medical in 2017, is admitted to practice in the PRC, and holds an LL.B. (East China University of Political Science and Law) and an LL.M. (University of Texas School of Law).
