Partner at JunHe since 2007, Bill Yu Qin advises on infrastructure and project finance, real estate and construction, and outbound/cross-border investment matters and has extensive international experience across Asia-Pacific, Africa, Europe and the Americas. He also advises government clients, has taught at Tsinghua University School of Law, and is qualified in China and New York State, USA.
