Partner at JunHe based in China whose practice focuses on corporate/M&A, capital markets, investments, intellectual property, litigation and arbitration across high‑tech industries and infrastructure. He joined JunHe in late 1993 after working at the Jiangsu branch of the People’s Bank of China and has held roles such as counsel of CMAA and deputy director of the Merger and Reorganization Legal Affairs Specialized Committee of the Beijing Lawyers Association.
