Zhen (Lily) Sun is a Partner at JunHe’s Shanghai office who joined the firm in 2014 and specializes in corporate and M&A, foreign direct investment and private equity/venture capital. She has represented multinational companies and Chinese listed companies in merger and acquisition projects, joint ventures and strategic investment matters across industries including automobiles, food & nutrition, healthcare, logistics and retail.
