Yi Wang is a partner at JunHe and head of the firm's capital market department. He has practiced for more than 20 years across Beijing, Hong Kong and Shanghai advising on restructurings, domestic and overseas listings, bond and stock issuance, mergers and acquisitions of listed companies and private equity fund investments; he has been recommended as a Leading Lawyer in capital markets by Chambers Asia-Pacific and as an Outstanding Lawyer by Chambers Global, and was selected among China’s Top 15 Rising Lawyers by Asian Legal Business in 2014.
