Yuming Wei is a Partner at JunHe (Beijing office) who specialises in patent and technical know‑how matters, including patent litigation, prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, administrative litigation, IP due diligence, freedom‑to‑operate analysis and technology agreements. He joined JunHe in 2013 and previously worked as a patent examiner at the National Intellectual Property Administration.
